Meet Jacqueline
A woman of faith, excellence, and compassionate action.
Mrs. Jacqueline I. Williams-Lartey was born in Elm City, Wilson County, North Carolina, to the late Mr. Walter L. Williams and Mrs. Algie Elzera Evans Williams. The sixth of nine children, she is a graduate of Ralph L. Fike Senior High School and earned a degree in Accounting from Livingstone College in Salisbury, North Carolina.
She is married to the Right Reverend Dr. Seth O. Lartey. Together, they are the proud parents of Solomon Benjamin Dorme, Alicia Elzera Amelia, and Victoria Danielle Kamaria Lartey. Their family also includes grandson Seth Aiden Dorme Lartey and bonus granddaughter Addison.
Her professional foundation in finance, education, and organizational leadership has supported a lifetime of service. Whether working in a local community, leading a global mission initiative, or advocating for a child, she brings discipline, empathy, and a deep conviction that service must create measurable change.

Served alongside her husband as Missionary Supervisor across Liberia, North Ghana, West Ghana, East Ghana, Mid-Ghana, Togo, and Côte d'Ivoire.

Provided missionary leadership throughout Alabama and Florida, supporting conferences, local ministries, and community-focused initiatives.

Working alongside her husband, Mrs. Williams-Lartey helped establish organizations and initiatives that empower children and families through education, mentorship, and community support. She conducted successful tutorial and Summer Enrichment Programs in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, for several years.
Her former leadership appointments include Director of the KITIZO Project, Executive Director of the Educational Acceleration and Enrichment Program, Accounts Payroll and Receivables Bookkeeper for the Greene County Enrichment Program, and Financial Manager and Officer for the Bladen County Community Emergency Fund.

The Vision Ahead
Homes of hope for orphaned children around the world.
Her greatest aspiration is to establish a network of homes where orphaned children receive protection, education, spiritual nurture, and the lasting assurance that their lives matter.
Her desire for the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church is to witness a fresh movement of the Holy Spirit, enabling the church to fully embody its historic identity as a true Freedom Church.
